about us
Londiwe Yika’s 13 years at the Justice College nurtured an acute appreciation for ensuring children feel safe, build resilience and unlock their potential early on. Realizing quality, affordable care.
Our History
HOP mirrors Ms. Yika’s upbringing in an extended family as her single mother worked as a teacher. Yika’s college studies, a degree in child and youth care and victims’ advocacy court expertise further fuel Ms. Yika’s passion for protecting and empowering young people through a warm, stimulating environment.
Beginning as a home daycare in KwaMashu, Durban, Ms. Yika seized opportunities to expand across two facilities over five years while dedicating herself to retaining an intimate, personalized culture. Early praise for HOP’s nourishing approach and premium facilities drives 150% growth annually as parents choose safety, learning, and crisis support services, allowing careers to thrive.
